How difficult is this trek?
The trek is rated moderate to challenging. You'll walk 5–7 hours a day on well‑defined trails with some steep stone staircases. A good baseline fitness and previous multi‑day hiking experience are recommended.
What is the maximum altitude?
Annapurna Base Camp at 4,130 m (13,549 ft). We have built in a gradual ascent profile with adequate rest to help you acclimatize safely.
Do I need travel insurance?
Yes, travel insurance is mandatory. It must cover high‑altitude trekking (up to 5,000 m), emergency helicopter evacuation, and medical expenses. Please bring a copy with you.
What if I get altitude sickness?
Our guides are trained in altitude first aid and carry oximeters. The itinerary includes gradual acclimatization. If symptoms appear, we rest or descend immediately. In an emergency, helicopter rescue is coordinated.
